Whittlebury Park's award-winning restaurant unveils new seasonal menus

Murrays at Whittlebury Park, has unveiled its new autumn menus, with Executive Estate Head Chef Harvey Lockwood making the most of seasonal British produce to create a fresh selection of dishes at the award-winning restaurant.

Hot on the heels of their Junior Sous Chef Ewan Weldon being crowned Chef of the Year at the prestigious Weetabix Northamptonshire Food and Drink Awards, the talented team have created menus which showcase something different, with a mix of familiar flavours, creative combinations and ingredients sourced from producers across the country.

With three AA Rosette, fine dining restaurant, Murrays has built a reputation for its modern approach to British fine dining. Dishes include, Atlantic Sea trout served with Northamptonshire mustard and Rusper Farm radish, Windsor Estate venison paired with quince and Boots Farm potato, and line-caught Norwegian halibut accompanied by Lincolnshire artichoke, preserved grapes and Brixham squid.

For those with a sweet tooth, desserts include a delicate Earl Grey tea and biscuit soufflé, chocolate and hazelnut, and a passionfruit meringue.

Guests can choose from a three-course à la carte menu priced at £85 per person or enjoy the full six-course tasting menu for £95 per person, offering the chance to experience a selection of signature dishes.

The new autumn menus will be available from 29th October until 22nd November 2026, with Murrays open Thursday to Sunday. Following its festive closure, the restaurant will reopen on 14th January 2027.
