Northamptonshire loan signing Graeme White has been recalled by Nottinghamshire.

The spinner has played in the Steelbacks’ first three Friends Life t20 matches but is now back at Trent Bridge.

Head coach David Ripley explained: “Graeme has been pulled back by Notts because they have had an injury.

“It’s disappointing but you know what you get with loan players and that is what can happen.

White’s departure means a chance could now be handed to either James Middlebrook or Rob Keogh in Sunday’s home encounter with Glamorgan.

The County are also optimistic of having both Alex Wakely and Steven Crook available for Sunday’s clash.
