Award-winning Northamptonshire entrepreneur launches HUGE brand giveaway to celebrate business’ first birthday

An award-winning entrepreneur has launched a huge brand giveaway to celebrate her business reaching its first birthday milestone.

Olivia Krawczyk is the founder of OneKind Creative, a design agency specialising in branding and graphics for purpose-led organisations globally. She prides herself on using creativity to make a positive impact on the world.

The founder, who is from Daventry but runs her business from Vulcan Works in Northampton town centre, relaunched her venture in March 2025 after four years of hard work.

Having gone full time in September 2024, this gave Olivia the opportunity to rebrand her business to reflect and align with her personality and ethos. OneKind Creative now operates as a socially conscious design studio making a difference to purpose-driven organisations.

To celebrate the business’ first birthday last month, Olivia launched a worldwide brand giveaway for a charity or community interest company (CIC) to win.

The founder knows how hard it is for organisations to secure high quality branding when budgets are tight, and she is offering one lucky charity or CIC one of her full packages for free.

The initial deadline for applications was set for April 3, but Olivia has now extended this to next Friday (April 17) to ensure everyone who wants to enter has the chance.

When asked how it feels that OneKind Creative celebrated its first birthday in March, Olivia told the Chronicle & Echo: “It feels amazing. We’ve done so much in that first year and supported so many incredible organisations through design. Being a small start-up is hard and many don’t make it through the first year, so community has been everything.

“It’s been a whirlwind start to 2026 with workshops, a TEDxNorthampton 2026 talk and working with new organisations nationally and internationally. I found out yesterday that I’m a finalist in Creative Start Up of the Year for the Midlands at the UK Start Up Awards. It shows they see the impact of the creative industry in social and environmental change, which really means a lot.”

Olivia felt passionately about giving back to charities and purpose-led organisations to celebrate the successful first year she has had, which she hopes will stand the winner in good stead when going for grant-funding.

“The winner will receive a full branding pack, which is one of my biggest packs,” said Olivia. “It shows them how to use the branding and be confident, through three months of brand care and monthly calls to make sure they get the best out of it.

“I’ll be going through all the applications and it’ll come down to who I think could benefit from the package at this time, and how they would utilise the branding across their social media and website. It’s going to be very hard to decide.”

It will be a one-to-two week process to select the winning charity or CIC, who will then be contacted via email to accept before it is announced publicly.

Talking about her hopes for the rest of 2026 for OneKind Creative, Olivia concluded: “I’d love to start doing more workshops, making branding more accessible to micro charities and focusing on design on a smaller budget.

“I want to continue showing that creative industries can make an impact and that it does have a place when it comes to changemaking.”
