Green Health - one of three community projects currently taking place on council allotments - recently held an open at the Daneholme allotment site. Among those to attend was town mayor Cllr Glenda Simmonds.

The council is promoting its allotments as providing many therapeutic benefits, which are especially helpful for people with mental health issues, and would like to hear from other community organisations interested in using one.

Anyone over 18 who lives in Daventry can apply for an allotment. Call 01327 301246 or email [email protected]
