Freemasons make donation to Daventry charity

A cheque for £1,500 was handed over on Tuesday from the Freemason's Coritani Lodge in Daventry to DACT (Daventry Area Community Transport).

The money was raised by the lodge through various events including raffles and a ladies night. Handing over the cheque was Bob Lattaway (centre) who as master of the lodge chose DACT as his charity of the year. Also pictured is David Smith, charity steward of the lodge (left) and Rob Kinning, chief executive of DACT.

Rob said: “DACT is very grateful for this wonderful support which enables us to continue to provide our many transport and mobility services across the Daventry district.”
