Free Stargazing Live event in Daventry

A free astronomy event will take place this Saturday to coincide with the return of the BBC's Stargazing Live TV show.

A local ‘Astronomy for Fun’ group are putting on the starry event which will include expert talks, opportunities to view the International Space Station and virtual reality tours of the universe via virtual reality headsets.

The event will take place at Daventry Museum on Saturday April 1, from 6pm to 10pm. The itinerary is as follows: 6:00pm Welcome from Astronomy for Fun, 6:30pm Solar viewing and Sunset.
