You’re Invited to Daventry Jobcentre’s Careers Fair at Daventry Campus Northampton College

Residents across Daventry and the surrounding area are being invited to attend a major Careers Fair this September, offering the chance to meet employers, explore training opportunities, and take the next step towards employment.

Organised by Daventry Jobcentre, the Careers Fair will take place at Daventry Campus, Northampton College, Badby Road, from 10:00am to 1:00pm and is open to the public.

The event is expected to attract around 200 jobseekers, alongside local residents looking to explore new career opportunities, training programmes, apprenticeships, and routes into employment.

More than 20 employers, recruitment organisations, and training providers have already confirmed their attendance, creating a diverse and engaging event with opportunities across a range of sectors.

The first hour of the event, from 10:00am to 11:00am, will focus primarily on supporting young people aged 18 to 30, helping them connect with employers and gain valuable careers advice. From 11:00am onwards, the event will be open to people of all ages and backgrounds.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet employers face-to-face, learn about current vacancies, discuss career pathways, and discover local training and development opportunities. Recruitment experts and training providers will also be on hand to offer guidance and support.

The event forms part of Daventry Jobcentre's ongoing commitment to supporting local people into employment while helping employers connect with talented individuals from across the community.

Attendance is free, and no booking is required.
