Daventry-based Arqiva facility recognised as company receives Armed Forces Silver Award
Arqiva, which operates a major warehousing facility and repair centre in Daventry supporting the UK's broadcast infrastructure, has been awarded the Silver Award under the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) for its commitment to supporting veterans, reservists and military families.

The national recognition highlights the company's work to create opportunities for members of the Armed Forces community and its ongoing commitment to helping service leavers build rewarding civilian careers.
Arqiva's Daventry operation plays an important role in maintaining and supporting the equipment and infrastructure that keeps television and radio services running across the UK. The site is part of the company's nationwide network responsible for delivering critical communications services to millions of people.

The business signed the Armed Forces Covenant and has strengthened its support for the Armed Forces community through recruitment initiatives, career transition opportunities and the creation of a dedicated Veterans' Network for colleagues.
Arqiva also actively promotes opportunities for service leavers across a broad range of technical, operational and corporate roles, recognising the valuable skills they bring to the workplace.
Keith Frost, Director of Engineering and Senior Sponsor of Arqiva's Veterans' Network, said: "We are delighted to receive the Armed Forces Covenant Silver Award. This recognition reflects the commitment of colleagues across Arqiva who have worked hard to create an environment where veterans, reservists and military families can thrive.
"Forces leavers bring a wealth of highly transferable skills, from leadership, teamwork and problem-solving to resilience, adaptability and a strong sense of purpose. These qualities make a real difference to our business and help us deliver the critical services that keep the UK connected.
"As a business, we have long recognised the value that service personnel, reservists and military families bring to Arqiva, and we are proud to support members of the Armed Forces community as they build rewarding civilian careers and continue contributing their expertise in new ways."
The award reflects Arqiva's ambition to ensure veterans and reservists are supported throughout their careers and recognised for the value they bring to the organisation.
Through its Veterans' Network, colleagues can share experiences, access support and help others transitioning from military to civilian life.
Arqiva believes the qualities developed through military service, including accountability, resilience, teamwork and technical expertise, are particularly relevant to a business responsible for maintaining and operating critical national communications infrastructure.
