Althorp Estate is re-opening its grounds to visitors for the month of August having been closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Princess Diana's ancestral home has been shut since March but the public will be able to enjoy a picnic on the lawns or spot the rare black fallow deer from Saturday (August 1).

Strict rules are in place to limit the spread of infections including a one-way walking system around the grounds as well as track and trace and online booking only.
