Willoughby 144 for six – five pts. Radway won by four wickets.

There was disappointment for Willoughby in their second successive away outing as they tasted defeat at Radway.

Batting first, the visitors reached 144 for six off their allotted 40 overs with Tom Hill top scoring with 46 and James Barnwell supporting with an unbeaten 31. Christian Squire took three for 32 for the hosts.

In reply, Barnwell and Hill also starred with the ball for Willoughby taking two for 15 and two for 28 respectively.

But it was to no avail as contributions from Guy Wilby (36), Mark Hibberd (33), Ian Adams (33 no) saw the hosts to their target for the loss of sixwickets.

Willoughby A won by two wickets.

The news was slightly better at The Green as the second team met Willoughby coming out on top.

The visitors were bowled out for 138, Simon Nichols taking three for 31 and A J Mohammed three for 50 for the hosts.

In reply, Shozab Mohammed top scored for Willoughby with 30 as they chased down their target with two wickets in hand.
