Two of Saints' cup clashes selected for live television coverage
Saints' remaining PREM Rugby Cup pool stage clashes have now been set in stone.
TNT Sports have made their final picks for this season’s competition, with Saints selected for live television coverage in their matches against Leicester Tigers and Harlequins.
The black, green and gold host Tigers on Saturday, January 31 (kick-off 3.05pm) before a bye weekend.
Saints then travel to Quins on Friday, February 13 (kick-off 7.45pm).
The remaining two pool stage encounters come at Newcastle Red Bulls, on Friday, February 20 (kick-off 7.45pm), and at home to Saracens, on Saturday, February 28 (kick-off 3.05pm).
The Red Bulls and Saracens matches will not be televised.
Saints claimed bonus-point wins in their opening two pool games, against Saracens and Quins, but then took nothing from defeats to Newcastle and Leicester.
It means they have 10 points to their name and sit fourth in Pool B, eight points behind leaders Leicester but only a point behind second-placed Saracens and third-placed Newcastle.
The top two sides in each pool will progress into the tournament’s semi-finals on the first weekend of March, before the highest ranked team remaining hosts the final on the weekend of March 14.
