SOCCER SEVENS: Stampolakis and Bosworth are on fire for Vaders

Arsene Vaders were 8-7 winners against Black Knights in a end to end encounter in the Monday League.

The league’s leading goalscorer Josh Bosworth was on target with another four goals as was Alex Stampolakis who also found the net four times for Vaders.

Jake Hyams hit a hat-trick, Scott Creaney a double and a goal apiece for Nat Miller and Arron Carter completed the Knights scoring.

Inter made a fine comeback against Bunfica to claim a 7-6 victory.

Tomasz Zelichowski put inter ahead and Tom Sparks added a second but a quick Kevin Westley hat-trick put Bunfica 3-2 up at half time.

An own goal levelled things up but Westley added another two and Ryan Andrew made the score 6-3 to Bunfica.

Zelichowski then scored another two to complete his hat-trick and two Craig Hyde strikes late on made it a fine comeback.

Carter leaves it late to seal Knights victory

Black Knights were narrow 2-1 victors against LMA in the Thursday League.

Conor Maine put the Knights a goal up but John Dorgan looked to have earned LMA a point after his equalised. But a late Arron Carter solo effort snatched the points. League leaders Teenage Mutant Ninja Skrtels ran out 4-1 winners against Millwall. Jamie Sedgley, Jake Sanderson, Ricky Jones and Jake Holden were all on target.

Dan Renshaw replied for Millwall.

Boca Seniors continued their fine form with a 2-0 win against RYN Persie.

DGFC went second in the table after a 3-2 victory against Olympiacos. Dan Wilkes scoring a double before Dan Smith put DGFC three goals up.

Josh Bosworth then scored two goals in either half. Forgone Conclusion were 3-1 winners against Supporting Lisbons. Ryan Swann continued his scoring form with another brace and Sam Burke sealed the win. Chris Trill had earlier equalised.

Francis strikes to claim Rapid a point

Rapid Vienna and Inter shared the points after a 1-1 draw in the Sunday League.

Tom Batchelar put Inter a goal up before a Steffan Francis goal levelled things up.

Dankburn Rovers were 7-0 winners against Birmingham Pity. Liam Kenny led the was with a treble, Josh Payne scored a brace, Anthony Hamilton and Callum Meagrow completed the scoring.

Murder on Zidanes Floor were 7-0 winners against LMA. Richard Rogers, Dan Wilkes and Sam Robinson all scored doubles, Jamie McKenzie also hit the net.

Olimpic Daventry remain top golf the table after a 4-1 win against Dankburn Rovers. Tomasz Zelichowski and Pavel Hruby both with doubles. Liam Kenny showed good feet to pull a goal back for Rovers.

Saxons Sevens were 9-3 winners against Forgone Conclusion. Jake scoring six times, Adam Creaney, Scott Creaney and Joe Corney sealing the victory.

Ryan Swann, James Taylor and a fine Mark Hyde free kick were Forgone’s scorers.
