12:13pm: Still no sign of the Cobblers here at Wembley, but we are currently being treated to a schools’ match between kids from Gillingham and Morecambe, and the Gills boys are having a shocker. They are 2-0 down already...

12:15pm: And the Cobblers squad have arrived at Wembley, and are walking on the hallowed turf. Aidy Boothroyd’s men are suited and booted, whereas Bradford’s players were in tracksuits. Chris Hackett was the first to leave the pitch and head to the dressing room.

12:20pm: Got to feel for Alex Nicholls at this point. The striker is still recovering from a broken leg and is here with the squad, but as a footballer it must be the worst thing to miss occasions like this through injury.

12:40pm: Wembley beginning to fill nicely now, currently beaing ‘treated’ to Bradford City’s highlights of the season on the big screens. Cobblers goalkeeper Lee Nicholls is out warming up with Tim Flowers.

12:56pm: The team news is out, and Cobblers boss Aidy Boothroyd has sprung a couple of surprises. Dropped are Adebayo Akinfewna and John Johnson, and in come Clive Platt and Ishmel Demontagnac.

1.30pm: Game about to start - follow @chronsport on Twitter for updates throughout the game

Sorry for the lack of updates, technical issues here at Wembley.

Up and running again now - hopefully!

10 minutes into the game and it’s 0-0. No clear chances for either side, Ben Harding has a cut to his head and is bandaged up, and the atmosphere is crackling.

We are back online, massive apologies for the stop-start updates.

34 mins: It has been a nightmare for the Cobblers who are 3-0 down to a rampant Bradford City.

Men on target have been James Hanson, Rory McArdle and Nahki Wells.

The Cobblers haven’t been in the game at all, and easily could have conceded more.

38 mins: No sign of any sort of Cobblers recovery here. Bradford on top and dealing with any Cobblers attacks comfortably

41 mins: Still 3-0 to Bradford. Cobblers fans trying to raise the spirits of their team, but they are very much second best at the moment

Half-time: Cobblers 0 Bradford 3

This is going to have to be one helluva team talk from Aidy Boothroyd if the Cobblers are going to get anything out of this game.

In all honesty the first half was a bit of an embarrassment, with the Cobblers way off the pace in defence, and without any sort of idea in attack.

3-0 does not flatter Bradford in any shape or form.
