DAVENTRY made sure of their league title by securing a 4-0 victory over a well-organised Grange Park Rangers side.

Needing to take at least a point, Vikings started nervously until Sam Flockhart found the net after 10 minutes.

Blaine Evans doubled the tally before half-time.

Flockhart assured all three points with his second while Jack Goodman scored a great individual effort to sign off the season in style.

Josh Graham won man of the match for his command of the box, great handling and distribution.

Irchester 2 Drayton Grange Panthers U16s 5

Panthers played below par but still overcame a very spirited Irchester team.

Jack Collins opened the scoring after a neat pass from Logan Roberts.

Josh Hyams added the second after following up on a loose ball and Cameron Broomfield made it three with a fine finish.

Despite Panthers creating multiple chances, they found the Irchester keeper in great form.

The second-half saw Jack Collins add his second of the game after good work from Ryan Fullard.

Goal of the game came from Peter Bowmer, who hit a wonder strike from 35 yards leaving the keeper no chance.

Man of the match went to Jack Collins who was outstanding.

Drayton Grange Diamonds U15s 3 Moulton Magpies Stripes 0

Diamonds wanted to sign off the season with a win.

They got the perfect start from Chris Berrevoets after three minutes.

Diamonds continued to press and a bouncing ball struck the Magpies’ defender for an unfortunate own goal.

Magpies’ goalkeeper had several magnificent stops to keep it at 2-0 by half-time.

Magpies raised their game and were unlucky not to pull one or two back.

Chris Berrevoets sealed the win with his second and Elliott Hynes was awarded man of the match for his excellent defensive work.

Moulton Magpies 1

Blades took the lead with a sublime strike into the top corner from Sam Williams.

They increased their lead in the second-half with Dylan Hanna firing in after a good save from the Moulton keeper.

Moulton kept going and were rewarded with a consolation goal from the penalty spot.

Man of the match was Sam Williams for a great strike and performance at full-back.
