THE Northamptonshire Football Association have organised a coaching event for players with visual impairments.
The event is run in partnership with the Northampton Association for the Blind (NAB).
It includes up to two hours of expert and qualified football coaching.
All the appropriate equipment will be provided.
Participants will need to bring appropriate clothing, footwear and a drink.
This will be a chance for parents and players to learn what the pathway is for players with visual impairments to play for their country.
This will include learning how players progress to the Great Britain Blind Football Squad.
All participants receive reduced Northampton Town FC match tickets.
The event is taking place at Tresham College, Kettering, on Saturday (March 17) from 12pm – 2pm.
It is targeted at players between the ages of 11 – 19 years.
