West Haddon Albion hit the goal trail in spectacular fashion as they stormed to a stunning 11-0 win over Kislingbury in Northants Combination Division Two.
Kislingbury are sixth, two places above Haddon in the table, yet they were taken apart by the villagers with Tom Yorston leading the way with four goals.
Michael Buckmaster scored twice, and there were singles for Alex Burley, Nick Burnell, Elliott Grice, Ashley Newlyn and Aaron Shepherd.
In division one, Drayton Grange made the most of leaders Clipston dropping two points as they eased to a 4-1 win over Heyford Athletic.
Chris Trill scored twice, while Darren Taylor and Leigh Roberts also hit the target. Grange are up to third, three points behind Clipston, and with six games in hand.
Weedon’s promotion hopes were hit as they were held toa 2-2 draw at Wollaston.
Ben Drinkwater scored both goals for the villagers, who remain fifth.
In Reserve Division Two, Drayton Grange maintained their promotion challenge with a 5-1 win at AFC Corby Shamrock.
There were two goals for Rhys Collins and singles for David Robinson, Jarred Green and Joe Pidgeon.
West Haddon Albion also scored a win as they claimed a 4-3 victory at Kettering Orchard Park.
Daniel Smith was the hat-trick star for Haddon, with Karl Shingler adding the fourth.
