Diggin named in Saints’ JP Morgan 7s squad

Diggin, who is now a player-coach at Northampton, is listed as a forward in an experienced side, which also includes Russian wing Vasily Artemyev.

England Under 20s players Tom Stephenson, Alex Day, Will Hooley and Tom Collins and Moseley forwards Buster Lawrence and Olly Robinson are among the others set to turn out in the green, black and gold.

Saints begin the action-packed evening with a game against Newcastle Falcons before taking on Sale Sharks and concluding with a match against local rivals Leicester Tigers.
