Women can stay safe and learn new skills at a free course in Long Buckby
This will be a free six week programme designed to build self confidence, learn how to be safe and defend yourself.
The course begins on Monday April 4, running from 7.30pm to 8.15pm at Buckby Health & Leisure Club in Long Buckby.

Hide AdThe course will be taught by Shak, and each week will focus on different skills and methods of defence as well as recapping things from previous sessions.
