A human fruit machine, children’s games, duck race, falconry display and more than 50 stalls are among the attractions at this year’s long-standing Winwick Country Church Fete and Family Dog Show.
Orgnisers say the event on Sunday September 6 is set to be the biggest since the village started holding fetes more than 70 years ago.
Attractions will also include an art exhibition and live music by the Lutterworth Band. Dog owners are invited to enter their pets into the dog show – which includes some fun classes such as waggiest tail and most appealing eyes, alongside the more traditional ones.
The event opens at 2pm. Entry costs £2.50, £1 for senior citizens and children over 12 and free for under-12s. Parking is free.
