AUGUST 9

Mazin Alkernawi, aged 58, of Hawkstone Close, Duston, drink-driving with a breath test reading of 73mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath; community order made to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work, costs £400, banned from driving for 20 months.

Dangerous driving; community order made, banned from driving for 24 months. Cause harassment, alarm or distress; community order made to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work.

Assaulted a police officer; community order made, ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work, compensation £100.

Anthony McDonagh, aged 27, of no fixed abode, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour; fined £120, surcharge £30 and costs £85.

Arber Alliu, aged 30, of Milton Street North, Northampton, possession of cocaine; community order made to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work, surcharge £85, costs £85. Possession of an offensive weapon; community order made to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work.

James Cadd, aged 40, of no fixed abode, drink-driving with a breath test reading of 113mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath; community order made, surcharge £85, costs £85, banned from driving for 26 months.

Ronald Wills, aged 51, of no fixed abode, breach of a criminal behaviour order; fined £100.

Keenan Berrill, aged 27, of Ellis Way, Northampton, drunk and disorderly; conditional discharge for 12 months, surcharge £20 and costs £85.

Phillip Cowdell, aged 38, of Brookfield Road, Northampton, drunk and disorderly; fined £120, surcharge £30 and costs £85.

Carl Sale, aged 37, of no fixed abode, breach of a court order; jailed for two weeks suspended for 12 months, surcharge £115, costs £85.

Anthony Barry, aged 50, of Spring Lane, Alderton, driving without due care and attention; fined £500, surcharge £50 and costs £85, licence endorsed with six points.

Kelly Faulkner, aged 41, of Cambourne Close, Northampton, stole three bottles of alcohol worth £100 belonging to Waitrose; community order made, compensation £100. Used threatening or abusive words or behaviour; community order made.

Roxanne Hines, aged 30, of Churchill Avenue, Northampton, assault; community order made, surcharge £85, costs £85.

Aaron Ridley, of Hawkins Close, Daventry, breach of the Education Act; fined £220, surcharge £30 and costs £120.

Samantha Wright, aged 41, c/o Portland Place, Northampton, breach of a criminal behaviour order; jailed for three weeks, surcharge £115.

Chloe Walker, aged 27, of Beverley Crescent, breach of section 80 of the Sexual OFfences Act 2003; jailed for 12 weeks, surcharge £115. Similar offence; jailed for 12 weeks consecutive, surcharge £115. Similar offence; jailed for 12 weeks consecutive. Failed to surrender to custody; jailed for four weeks concurrent. Sent a threatening letter; jailed for 22 weeks concurrent. Overall length of sentence, 36 weeks.

Terry Fewings, aged 24, of no fixed abode, damaged a rear door and wooden railings; jailed for four weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months. Assault; jailed for six weeks consecutive suspended for 12 months, compensation £80. Intent to cause police officer harassment, alarm or distress; jailed for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months, compensation £80, surcharge £115, costs £85. Similar offence to another officer; jailed for 10 weeks consecutive suspended for 12 months, compensation £80. Assault; no separate penalty. Commission of a further offence while on a conditional discharge order for criminal damage; jailed for six weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months.

Sean Prosser, aged 42, of St George’s Avenue, Northampton, assaulted a police officer; jailed for six weeks, surcharge £115.

Ruslan Sebezev, aged 31, of Semilong Road, Northampton, possession of a knife in a public place without good reason; jailed for 26 weeks suspended for 12 months, surcharge £115.

David Quinton, aged 34, of Harborough Road, Northampton, drink-driving with a breath test reading of 92mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath; community order made to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work, surcharge £85 and costs £85, banned from driving for 24 months.
