TRIBUTES have been paid to a ‘loyal and extremely kind’ mum who died in a car crash on the A45.

Jessica Jeffels, 30, of Ericsson Close in Daventry, was driving from Weedon back towards the town during the early hours of Saturday, April 28, when her Mini rolled down a bank and into a ditch.

Police said they believe the accident happened at some point after 1am, but officers were not alerted to the crash until 9.15am the same morning as the car was not visible from the road.

Her family have released a statement in which she is described as a ‘fun loving vibrant girl’.

It says: “Jessica was very loyal to her family and an extremely kind and generous person.

“She leaves behind a loving husband, David, three beautiful children, 10-year old Sophie, nine-year-old Davina, two-year-old Kayden and her much beloved dog Max.”

The full family statement is in this week’s Daventry Express.
