Tattoo parlour pledge support for Kilimanjaro challenge

A charity tattoo night will help raise money for two Daventry ladies hoping to climb Mount Kilimanjaro next summer.

Friends Abbi Griffiths and Robyn Ward have enlisted the help of Lewis Point Tattoo Studio in Daventry on June 22 to ink small designs ranging between £15 and £20. The tattooists have agreed to give all proceeds to the ladies who need to raise £8,000 by July 2014. The pair are climbing the mountain in aid of Breast Cancer Care after Miss Griffiths’ mum and grandmother suffered from the disease. The ladies will also undertake a 62-mile walk on Saturday from London to Brighton to raise funds. To donate visit
