Daventry Town Mayor, Glenda Simmonds, said she was thrilled with the support given at Glory Fest, held at The Peppermill, on August 13.

Organisers said it was an amazing line up, with all the bands giving their time for free.

The mayor gave special thanks to Allie Aldridge for hosting the event at The Peppermill.

“I’d also like to thank all those people who gave generously to the Mayor’s Charity, Macmillan Daventry – you raised £478.28, making a difference to the lives of people affected by cancer.”
