The Parker E-ACT Academy hosted a Turning the Tap Day for pupils for primary schools on Monday.
The youngsters who came from the primary schools at Ashby Fields, Braunston and Barby as well as from the neighbouring Falconer’s Hill Infant School, had the opportunity to learn about the importance of water to the twin town of Iganga.
This included drama workshops and art and design projects. Children learnt about the importance of purifying water and comparing the schools.
The day culminated in a presentation assembly made at the end of the day.
