A young rugby player from Northampton has been working on his kicking skills during the coronavirus lockdown with a series of trick shots.

Oscar Herbert has been kicking rugby balls into bins and tyres as well as over the usual posts with no actual games on at the moment.

His dad, Gary Herbert, said: “Oscar loves his rugby and especially kicking, we are constantly trying to think outside the box to set him new challenges during these extremely testing times for everyone.

"He has done a number of different rugby kicking trick shots during lockdown so far, and seems to enjoy being challenged, although I am running out of ideas!"
