Opening date set for new Coast to Coast restaurant in Northampton

A new American restaurant is set to open in the Sixfields area of Northampton next month.

Coast to Coast is opening on the site of the former Red Hot Buffet restaurant on Monday, July 6.

The American restaurant will be the second food outlet to open on the site, with a new Chiquito opening on Friday, July 3.

Coast to Coast, which will be open from 9am to 11pm, offers a range of traditional American dishes including burgers, steaks, fajitas, Chicago wings, Boston Prawns and barbecue boards as well as a range of cocktails, mocktails and beers.

A spokesman said the restaurant has created 45 new jobs in Northampton, with local residents filling a mixture of full and part time positions.

Restaurant manager, Mark Pass said: “We are thrilled to be opening our fourteenth Coast to Coast in Northampton. With a delicious menu packed with tasty American inspired dishes, as well as a fantastic range of cocktails served up in a relaxed atmosphere, we hope people will want to return time and time again.”
