Northampton County Beer Festival all set up and ready for thirsty crowds
Here is a picture sent in to us by the festival organisers of the ground all set up ahead of the arrival of hordes of thirsty beer enthusiasts.

Hide AdThe event will be open today from 4pm until 10pm, then on Friday and Saturday from 11am to 10pm at Delapre Abbey in London Road, Northampton.
For the first time Delapre will feature all the commercial drink producers in this county, 25 brewers from Brian Mujati’s one man home brewing business at one end to Carlsberg at the other, both making their first appearance at the festival.
In between there will be the full range of brewing fermenting and distilling that can be found in Northamptonshire, 25 brewers, five cider producers and gin distillers and some vineyards.

Hide AdFor the first time those attending will be able to take away bottled beers and ciders that they have enjoyed at the festival
And for the first time in three years the local branch of CAMRA is involved, the organisation that founded the event.
There will be the usual and unusual festival food section and a great selection of local acts including the Northampton Concert Brass band and the Moulton Morris.
