Knitters have it all stitched up
Members of a Daventry knitting group have joined forces with a new town centre wool shop Wool Baa to mark Cold Homes Week.
The ladies from Stitch and Chatter, which meets every Monday afternoon in Daventry Library, knitted the scarf to help promote How’s Tom – a locally-produced thermometer which helps elderly people stay warm at home.
The thermometer is being given away in Northamptonshire’s ‘Wrapped Up’ campaign.
