Former X Factor star Rylan dishes up a treat for Bella Italia menu

Former X Factor star Rylan Clark has been putting his new found culinary skills to the test by creating a dish to appear on the menu of Italian restaurant Bella Italia.

The TV star, who has appeared on Celebrity Masterchef, has been working closely with Bella Italia’s executive chef, Vittorio Lettieri to create an exclusive limited edition dish, Pesto Pollo Pasta.

The dish brings together a delicious combination of fresh egg tagliatelle, pesto, roast chicken, baby spinach leaves and roasted pine nuts with a side serving of twisted pizza dough filled with mozzarella and pesto, offering an indulgent feast.

Rylan said; “I absolutely love Italian food, so I couldn’t wait to get stuck into creating one of my favourite dishes especially for Bella Italia’s menu. I’ve tried my Pesto Pollo Pasta dish out on all of my friends and it’s gone down a storm. I can’t wait to hear what Bella customers in Northampton think now they can try it for themselves.”
