A fire engine will be the main attraction at a fundraising morning organised by Little Ducklings in Weedon.
The fun morning will be held on Saturday May 30 from 10am to noon at Weedon Village Hall.
Children will be able to take a look round the fire engine and talk with the fire fighters. They will also be able to offer any safety advice.
The kitchen will be selling tea, coffee, and homemade cakes, and there will be a bouncy castle, face painting, stalls, activities and games, adult and children’s tombolas, and a raffle with some great prizes and vouchers.
Little Ducklings preschool was started in September last year by Blaine Taylor and is now in the process of moving premises into the rainbow room in Weedon Bec School as the group has expanded and now needs bigger premises. At the school Little Ducklings will have two rooms – one of which is a sensory room for the babies followed by toddler space for lots of activities.
Little Ducklings is open to children aged from birth up to school starting age and will run every Friday during term time from 9.30am to 11.30am at £2 per family.
