The group’s scrutiny panels, representing Futures Homescape in Ripley, Derbyshire and Daventry & District Housing in Northamptonshire, have been shortlisted in the Excellence in Tenant Scrutiny category.

The second TPAS shortlisting for Futures Housing Group came in the form of Futures Homescape tenant, Karen Slater, who has made the final of the Tenant of the Year category. Karen is one of Futures’ most involved and influential tenants and undertakes a number of voluntary roles.

Paul Parkinson, Futures Homescape Executive Director, said: “It’s fantastic that the hard work and commitment of Futures Housing Group tenants has again been recognised.

“The Scrutiny Panel is crucial to ensuring that we realise our aim of providing good quality properties and services and we are very proud of the contribution that our involved tenants make to the organisation.”

The awards ceremony for the central region takes place at St John’s Hotel in Solihull on March 4.
