They have issued a description of a bald or shaven-headed man in his 50s they want to to talk to.

All the break-ins occurred during March and at the start of April. Items have been stolen such as tools and sit-on lawnmowers.

Detective Constable Rebecca Woolliscroft said: "We believe that around 13 incidents may be linked.

"We are asking for people to report any suspicious vehicles, cars or vans, or people hanging around, in particular a white man in his 50s with a bald or shaven head. People may notice something from their windows or when out for their recommended daily exercise.
