■ The following cases were heard on March 31

Kayleigh Frances Jacques, aged 30, of Dover Close, Northampton, three charges of assaulting police officers by beating; discharged conditionally for 24 months on all counts, to pay compensation of £200.

Stephen James Norrie, aged 40, Church Lane, Nether Heyford, driving while disqualified, no insurance, disqualified six months, fined £700, surcharge to fund victim services of £70, costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Patrick Diyaolu, aged 56, of Kingsley Park Terrace, Northampton, assault by beating; discharged conditionally for 12 months, surcharge to fund victim services of £22, costs of £600.

Mihail Tumasevics, aged 20, of Spencer Bridge Road, Northampton, no insurance; fined £660, surcharge to fund victim services of £66, costs of £90, disqualified six months due to repeat offending.

Matthew Elijah Gayle, aged 34, of North Oval, Northampton, no insurance, failed to stop when required by police, no licence, driving without due care and attention; fined £283, surcharge to fund victim services of £34, costs of £100, eight penalty points.

Slawomic Wypych, aged 41, of Viscount Road, Northampton, drink-driving; disqualified 40 months, fined £120, surcharge to fund victim services of £34, costs of £85.

Luke Parkes, aged 20, of Billing Brook Road, Northampton, two charges of assaulting police officers; fined £400, compensation of £100, surcharge to fund victim services of £40, costs of £85.

Martin John Roche, aged 57, of Gloucester Avenue, Northampton, harassment by shouting offensive words through floorboards; 18 weeks in prison suspended for two years, surcharge to fund victim services of £128, costs of £620.

Kelly Ward, aged 42, of Foxwell Square, Northampton, breach of court order, assault by beating; community order, compensation of £100, surcharge to fund victim services of £95.

Filip Mielniczyn, aged 22, of Wantage Road, Northampton, criminal damage; compensation of £228, costs of £85.

Josh James Whiting, aged 27, Greatmeadow, Northampton, driving while disqualified, no insurance; community order with unpaid work, disqualified six months, surcharge to fund victim services of £95, costs of £85.

Frazer Edward Barford, aged 25, of Wheelers Rise, Croughton, breach of court order; fined £150, costs of £395 to Northamptonshire Police.

Jessica Marks, aged 27, of Gold Street, Northampton,failed to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison; fined £52.00, costs of £60.00.

Bruno Manuel Costa Marques, aged 43, of Gillsway, Northampton, unsupervised provisional licence holder, no insurance, no MoT; fined £424, surcharge to fund victim services of £32, costs of £85, disqualified six months due to repeat offending.

Takwana Ndagurwa, aged 47, of Patterdale Walk, Northampton, speeding; fined £133, surcharge to fund victim services of £32, costs of £85, three penalty points.

Akinyemi Akintoye, aged 24, Raymond Road, Northampton, no insurance, unsupervised provisional licence holder; fined £359, surcharge to fund victim services of £37, costs of £85, disqualified six months due to repeat offending.

Nazir Hussein, aged 51, of Park Avenue North, Northampton, speeding, expired licence; disqualified 21 days, fined £1,230, surcharge to fund victim services of £92, costs of £85.

Aaron John Frisby, aged 24, of Meadowsweet Way, Wootton, no insurance; fined £77, surcharge to fund victim services of £34, costs of £85, six penalty points.

Tia Precious Lyons, aged 18, of Hangerfield Court, Northampton, criminal damage, failed to surrender to custody; discharged conditionally for 12 months, compensation of £50, surcharge to fund victim services of £22, costs of £85.

Cristian Puitirziu, aged 27, Cliftonville Court, Northampton, driving while disqualified, no insurance, disqualified four months, fined £260, surcharge to fund victim services of £34, costs of £85..

Nikki Steven Brough, aged 33, Fullerburn Court, Northampton, resisted a police officer in execution of his duty; community order, surcharge to fund victim services of £95, costs of £85.

Craig William Ballantine, aged 37, of Mander Close, Northampton, failed to provide specimen of breath, assault by beating; 16 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, disqualified 29 months, compensation of £75, surcharge to fund victim services of £128, costs of £85.

Danielle Roberts, aged 31, of Lovett Road, Byfield, drug-driving; disqualified 15 months, fined £310, surcharge to fund victim services of £34, costs of £85.

Kiah Charlotte Groves-granfield, aged 25, of Cartmel Road, Daventry, two charges of assaulting a police officer by beating, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour — racially aggravated; fined £160, compensation of £75, surcharge to fund victim services of £32.
