Punishments include 14 weeks in jail for harassment to £1,200 compensation for smashing up a slot machine

Ashraf Ali, aged 34, of Semilong Road, Northampton, harassment; 14 weeks in prison, court order, surcharge £128, costs £400.

Marcin Andrzej Poluch, aged 46, of Duckworth Dell, Northampton, possession of bladed article, theft; 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, fined £253, surcharge £128, costs £170.

Jason David Wells, aged 49, of Agnes Road, Northampton, drink-driving, failed to stop, used threatening, abusive or insulting words with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress; community order with unpaid work requirement, disqualified 48 months, surcharge £95, costs £85.

Jason James Berrington, aged 37, Partridge Close, Northampton, unlawfully damaged a plastic screen belonging to Tesco; fined £484, compensation of £200, surcharge £48, costs £85.

Kaitlin Lock, aged 18, of Sadler Square, Northampton, assault, threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour; community order, surcharge £95, costs £85.

Boris Puwo Wanji, aged 27, of Rillwood Court, Northampton, failed to give information to police; fined £269, surcharge £34, costs £85, six penalty points.

John Philip Howard, aged 32, of Ashcroft Gardens, Northampton, possession of a bladed article; six months in prison suspended for 18 months, surcharge £128, costs £85.

Mark Sean Hanrahan, aged 59, Christchurch Road, criminal damage; community order, compensation of £100, surcharge £95, costs £85.

Alison Clare Panter, aged 38, of Kirton Close, Northampton, sent malicious communications; community order, surcharge £95, costs £85.

Michaela Emma Marsh, aged 28, of Lawrence Court, Northampton, assault by beating; community order, surcharge £95, costs £85.

Sarah Jane Brady, aged 28, of Everdon Close, Northampton, racially aggravated assault; 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, compensation of £150, surcharge £128, costs £85.

Thomas Robert Swift, aged 27, of Willis Way, Towcester, failed to stop after an accident; fined £729, surcharge £73, costs £85, seven penalty points.

Walter Wanye Fominyam, aged 45, of Wellingborough Road, Northampton, damaged slot machines belonging to Admiral Casino; fined £107, compensation of £1,200, surcharge £34, costs £50.

Garvey Gordon, aged 28, of Scarletwell Street, Northampton, possession of class B drug — cannabis; fined £58, surcharge £34, costs £85.

Ethan Woods, aged 22, of Dovecote Drive, Denton, failed to provide a specimen of breath, assaulted a police officer; community order with unpaid work, disqualified 12 months, community order with unpaid work, surcharge £95, costs £85.

Robert Barron, aged 22, of Stone Hill Court, Northampton, drink-driving, no insurance; disqualified 17 months, fined £80, surcharge £34, costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

John Luck, aged 50, of Campbell Street, Northampton, drunk and disorderly behaviour, possession of class B drug — cannabis; fined £120, surcharge £34.

Yusuf Rahman, aged 18, of Somerset Street, Northampton, possession of class B drug with intent to supply, possession of criminal property; community order with unpaid work; surcharge £90, costs £85.

Arthur Edgar Miller, aged 74, of The Green, Flore, no insurance; fined £173, surcharge £32, costs £85, disqualified six months due to repeat offending.

Lukasz Milczarek, aged 37, of Aquitaine Close, Northampton, driving without due care and attention; fined £126, surcharge £34, costs £85. three penalty points.

Dawid Kazmierczak, aged 19, of Wellingborough Road, Northampton, driving while using a hand-held mobile phone; fined £106, surcharge £32, costs £85, disqualified six months due to repeat offending.

The following case was heard on March 27

Lawrence Doran, aged 24, of Queen Eleanor Road, Northampton, possession of class B drug — cannabis and cannabis resin; fined £80, surcharge £32, costs £85.
