Flasher carried out lewd act in Northampton after '˜peering' into living room

A man was chased off after being spotted indecently exposing himself and carrying out a 'lewd act' in a front garden in Northamptonshire.

A police spokeswoman said the victim noticed the man peering into her living room window in Crestwood Gardens, Lings, Northampton and ran upstairs to get away.

She then looked out of an upstairs window and claims to have seen the man “urinating and then committing an indecent act.”

A security light went off and a neighbour then chased the offender away.

The incident happened on Thursday, January 14, between 10.30pm and 10.45pm.

Northamptonshire Police have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
