Elderly man dies after collision on A43 in Northamptonshire
A 78-year-old Northampton man has died following a collision on the A43 in Northamptonshire last night.
The collision between a silver Toyota Yaris and a red Vauxhall Astra happened at about 10.30pm on Monday, April 27, on the northbound section of the A43 close to the Hulcote turn, near Towcester.
The occupants of the Astra were uninjured, but the driver of the Yaris suffered serious injuries.
He was taken to Northampton General Hospital where he sadly died.
