A DRUG dealer who was caught with hundreds of thousands of pounds of drugs is facing a long spell in jail.

Christopher Peachment, who lives in South Close, Long Buckby pleaded guilty on Tuesday, his 40th birthday, to possessing half a kilo of cocaine with intent to supply.

Northampton Crown Court heard that Peachment, who had a history of firearms and drug offences, was arrested when police raided a property in Northampton in September and discovered a secret compartment filled with drugs and other ecstasy-like substances.
