Cash grants of £1,000 are available to help make community projects a reality in the Daventry area.
The pot of money is from Daventry and District Housing and is available for small projects which benefit the lives of people.
This year, DDH says it is keen to invest in projects that benefit the community on a medium to long-term basis although one-off projects will also be considered.
The next application deadline is May 22.
A recent project supported by DDH is an initiative run by the Green Acres Rural Enterprise Centre which helps families to learn more about food through growing, cooking and healthy eating.
Sarah Sims, from DDH, said: “Over the years the Community Chest has supported a range of people and organisations.”
