Young athletes sprung into action to show off their skills at Daventry Phoenix Gymnastics Club.
A weekend of gymnastics took place on November 21-22 for the annual cluib championships.
Oraganisers said the whole weekend was extremely well supported by gymnasts, family and friends with 300 children taking part.
The competition was based on the children doing floor vault bars and beam with the p bar replacing the beam for the boys.
Marie Bannigan, director of Daventry Phoenix Director of Gymnastics, said: “The whole two days have been full of fun and excitement with many medals, trophies and awards being won.
“Each child received a certificate of participation with their final score showing their achievement.”
She praised all the children for their hard work and input.
“It was amazing and we raised £2,500.”
Phoenix medal presentation party for the weekend consisted of the current mayor Wendy Randell, Alf Goodridge Alan Hill Deanna Eddon Gary Osbourne and David Beresford.
Marie added: “I would like to thank all the gymnasts, coaches family and friends who attended the competition for making it another memorable two days and a massive thank you for all funds raised which will go towards our new equipment fund.
“We are still appealing for sponsorship. If anyone can help can they please get in touch.”
