People in Daventry are being invited to have a post-Christmas clear out to help save lives.

Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance is calling for supporters to keep them flying high by donating their old clothes, toys and household items.

Kerry Martin, head of retail operations for the charity, praised people who give to the charity.

She said: “The support we receive from our local communities is amazing.

“As we receive no Government funding, we rely on our supporters to keep us flying and saving lives. Having a Christmas clear out is an easy, great way to donate to your local air ambulance.”
