Accident involving lorry causing long delays on the M1 in Northamptonshire
There are miles of queuing traffic on the M1 approaching Northampton this morning following a crash.
One lane is blocked and there is queuing traffic on the M1 southbound at junction 16 for Daventry because of an accident involving a lorry in the roadworks area.
Congestion stretches back to junction 17.
UPDATE: The incident has now been cleared
