FIRE crews from two counties were called out to a hay fire this morning (Wednesday).
The alarm was raised at 7.45am at a farm near Lilbourne where 75 tons of hay in a Dutch barn caught fire.
Crews from Guilsborough and Long Buckby, along with two from Warwickshire were called out.
The hay was removed from the barn by the farmer and fire fighters.
The cause is believed to be accidental.
