This family orientated event around Daventry town centre will be packed with different kinds of entertainment.

It will begin with more than 300 motorcycles, of all styles and ages, including the Daventry built Heskeths, riding into Daventry from Daventry Town FC.

After they have completed a short designated route into the town, lead by the town’s mayor, the motorcycles will be lined up along the High Street and connecting roads for all to admire.

After this point the riders and families will be at liberty to wonder about and look at the variety of bikes, stands, and absorb the all-day entertainment that is on offer including local bands, street entertainers and numerous free fairground attractions.

The festival is entirely organised by volunteers and additional assistance is always very welcome, especially on the day to help with marshalling and other activities.

There is still time for local groups and businesses to apply for a stall to promote their organisations. For this, to book on to the ride-in, to volunteer or just more detailed information visit www.daventrybikefest.co.uk
