Squash rackets at ready for ladies' training session in Daventry

Weekly training is suitable for all levels including beginners

Women in Daventry are invited to get their squash rackets at the ready for a training session.

The ladies training is held on Wednesdays from 6.20pm - 7.40pm with a qualfied level 2 coach.

Sessions cover squash basics and fitness for all levels including beginners.

It's £5 for members and £7 for non-members.
