SENDS 4 Dad launches new Daventry hub at Zepic Games

The national award-winning support network for fathers and male carers of children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND), is excited to announce its new monthly residency at Zepic Games in Daventry.
The official launch event kicks off on Saturday, 17th January, from 12:00 PM, promising an afternoon of high-tech fun and community connection. To mark the occasion, attendees will have the chance to dive into immersive Virtual Reality (VR) experiences, alongside a massive library of board and card games, and a grand raffle.
The partnership between SENDS 4 Dad and Zepic Games represents a shared commitment to creating inclusive, safe spaces for men who often face unique challenges in their parenting journey.
“Raising a child with SEND is an incredible journey, but it can be isolating for dads who often feel they have to ‘just get on with it’,” said Paul Meadows, Founder of SENDS 4 Dad. “By partnering with Zepic Games, we are creating a regular 'home base' in Daventry where men can take a break, find peer support, and talk to others who truly understand. It’s about building a community where we can laugh, learn, and lean on each other.”
Zoe, of Zepic Games, added: “We are thrilled to welcome SENDS 4 Dad to our venue. At Zepic, we’ve always believed that gaming is a powerful way to bring people together. Providing a welcoming, sensory-friendly environment for these dads and their families is exactly what we’re about. We can’t wait to see everyone getting stuck into the VR and board games on launch day!”
Following the launch, these sessions will run on a monthly basis, ensuring Daventry fathers have ongoing access to local peer support.
SENDS 4 Dad is a community-run support group for dads and male carers who have a child with special educational needs and/or disabilities. No formal diagnosis is required, and the group supports fathers of children of all ages.
Zepic Games and Events is Daventry’s premier gaming hub, specializing in board games, trading card games, and community-focused events in an inclusive atmosphere.
