Natalie, Sophia, Grace and Josh all began their careers with Chelton Brown through the company’s apprenticeship scheme. From day one, they learned the practical realities of lettings, property management and sales while working within the business. Alongside that hands-on experience, each completed their Propertymark qualification. In today’s highly regulated property sector, that qualification carries real significance, covering legislation, compliance and professional standards. It ensures that the experience they have built is supported by recognised industry knowledge.
This foundation has allowed each of them to grow into confident, well-rounded property professionals with a clear understanding of both the day-to-day and the regulatory responsibilities of the role.
Progression Within the Business
Their development has not stopped at qualification level. Grace and Josh have both completed management training, adding further depth and structure to the Daventry office. Their progression reflects a long-term commitment to the business and reinforces the stability of the branch.

When Steph and Edward are included, both also apprenticeship trained and supporting the branch part time, the total reaches 50 years of property experience within one local office.
