He Had Hairy Hands is a 1970s’ detective werewolf mystery influenced by the Hammer Horror films, The Wicker Man, Scooby Doo and The League of Gentlemen.

It can be seen on Tuesday, October 6.

The year is 1974 and the sleepy town of Hemlock-Under-Lye sees a number of werewolf attacks threatening to ruin tea-time.

He Had Hairy Hands is filled with grim intrigue, very sinister locals and lots of hats.

After receiving four and five star reviews for runs in Edinburgh and London, the play won both the Peter Brook Festival Award and Best Studio Show at the Manchester Theatre Awards 2014.

The show will be touring across the UK, supported by House in autumn 2015. Tickets for the show, which start at 8pm, can be booked by calling the box office on 0845 680 1926 or visit www.stowe.co.uk.
