Rape of the Belt

The myths and legends of Greece have been put through a comedy filter in a new show performed by an amateur dramatics group.

The Moulton Players is putting on the show the Rape of the Belt which has been written by Benn Levy. A spokesman for the group has said to people not to be put off by the title as the rape in the context of the show means theft.

This play is loosely based on the tale of the ninth labour of Heracles from Greek mythology.

The group say the audience will be in for a confusing and hilarious evening,
