Sam’s point-to-point success

Amateur rider Sam Waley-Cohen has not forgotten the grass roots of jump racing despite finishing second on his father’s Irish-trained horse Oscar Time in the Grand National at Aintree on Saturday.

Less than 24 hours later Waley-Cohen was in action at the Pytchley Hunt’s Guilsborough point-to-point where he rode Otage de Brion to victory for his father Robert in the open race.
