Clubs had been advised to try to rearrange Monday’s postponed derby games for New Year Day in view of the expected gradual thaw this week.
This would have meant Woodford United travelling to Communications Park on Saturday before the Town make their way to Barton-le-Clay in Bedfordshire for another Bank Holiday fixture next Monday.
But Woodford have since ruled out the possibility of playing the game on Saturday.
